Bale Slicer--CALL FOR PRICE- Application: Tractors 90hp + Skidsteer Machines larger than 2.5 ton and Telehandlers. 1.8M Bale Slicer Recommended Tractor HP 90+ The Rata Bale Slicer is a unique attachment that can be fitted to tractor front-end loaders, Telehandlers, and skid-steer machines. The Bale Slicer offers operators the ability to quickly process round bales through a mixer wagon or feed-out trailer. The Rata Bale Slicer does two jobs in one tool, to achieve this efficiently. Firstly the bale is sliced in two, reducing the bale density and making mixing or discharge faster and secondly, the plastic and or net wrap is retained without the need for the operator to do this in person. High-strength conus 2 forged spring steel tines are used to move the bale and support the weight while the bale while being cut. Two powerful rams pull the blade through silage, straw, or hay with ease, giving the slicer the speed that's needed for an efficient job. The integrated horizontally opposed plastic grab is uniquely designed to handle several scenarios that farmers encounter including frozen bales and film-on-film wrap, traditional net wrap and to add to this it's easy to use. The Rata Bale Slicer features heavy-duty pins & bushes throughout the build. All pins are high tensile and greasable with the main pivots being 35mm diameter and supported by extra bushes. The Rata Bale Slicer features a sharp, high-tensile cutting edge designed for effortless slicing through dense bales.
